Good news for leaf peepers: Metro-North will be running extra trains on the Hudson Line on select weekends from October 8 through November 20, 2022, weather permitting. These trains will provide more options for customers who want to view the scenic Hudson River valley and spend the day visiting quaint towns like Peekskill, Cold Spring, and Beacon.
You can also visit popular autumn destinations like Bear Mountain (exit at Manitou Station) and Walkway Over The Hudson State Park (exit at Poughkeepsie Station).
