There will be 12 morning and 11 afternoon trains, an increase of two in the morning and three in the afternoon from today’s schedule. These trains will run to Manhattan, split between Penn Station and Grand Central. All trains will stop at Jamaica, where you can transfer for service to Brooklyn.

Lynbrook is also served by Babylon Branch trains, with seven in the morning and 10 in the afternoon for a total of 17 morning and 19 afternoon trains at this station. Two morning and three afternoon trains will provide direct service to and from Brooklyn.

Off-peak service

Trains will run roughly every hour between Long Beach and Manhattan. Weekday trains will run to Penn Station and weekend trains will run to Grand Central. All weekend and some weekday trains will stop at Locust Manor, Laurelton, and Rosedale.

At Lynbrook, a Babylon train will make an additional stop each hour, providing a direct ride to Penn Station on weekdays and a second train to Grand Central on weekends.

Extra trains will run on summer weekends. These trains are not shown in this version of the schedule.
