Subway service changes: April 15-18

Here's how planned work will affect your subway commute this weekend.
Updated April 15, 2022 11:20 a.m.

Hello, riders! It's almost the weekend, and we're grateful for that — and for you. We want to help you navigate the city this weekend, so we've compiled a quick look ahead at the biggest subway service changes happening over the next three days.

What to know: In some cases, sections of a subway line are suspended. In others, you may need to take a train in the opposite direction you usually travel or take a shuttle bus to complete your trip.

For more details on how service will be affected across all modes of transit, check out our Planned Work tool and search for your subway, bus, or rail line.

These service changes are subject to change, so check the MTA homepage before heading out; it's where you'll find up-to-the-minute information on subway, bus, and rail service.
