Exam Fee Waiver Guide and Request FormUse this guide to submit a request to waive the fee for an exam. Please refer to a specific position's Notice of Examination (NOE) for instructions on how to submit an exam application when requesting a fee waiver.

Foreign Education Fact Sheet: Use this form if you have completed classes or other education outside of the United States that could be used for credit toward your examination. Education is considered foreign if it was completed outside of the 50 states and Washington, D.C., or outside the territories of the United States, including American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
