Joint Agency Refers to agreements involving 2 or more MTA Agencies.

Refer to your Solicitation Document or Agreement for Applicable Agencies to Copy. Other Additional Insureds may be necessary in MTA agreements based on the activity and location. Consult MTA RIM.
