The Traffic Mobility Review Board (TMRB), the six-member panel that will issue a recommended tolling structure for Manhattan Central Business District Tolling to the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority (TBTA) Board, will hold its third meeting on Monday, Oct. 2, at 3:30 p.m.
The TMRB was created in April 2019 by New York State Law that established the Central Business District Tolling Program. After developing recommendations as to the Central Business District toll structure, the TMRB will report its recommendations to the Board of the TBTA, which is coterminous with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Board, for consideration for proposed adoption.
In accordance with open meetings law, the meeting will be open to the public and the media and will be livestreamed by the MTA. The meeting of the Board members does not include a public comment period.
