Updated July 21, 2023 9:00 a.m.

It's another summer weekend, folks! ☀️

When you're riding the train to your next warm-weather destination, there's a good chance you'll encounter a musical performance along your journey, maybe even one that moves you enough to pause during your trip. Our Music Under New York program turns commutes into concerts, and for the first time ever, we've partnered with WE❤️NYC to honor your favorite new artist with a Riders' Choice Award. You get to help us decide the winner, and you can vote now!

And now, here's what's happening this weekend:

  •  trains aren't running between Bowling Green and New Lots Av
  • Brooklyn-bound   trains are running on the   line from W 4 St-Wash Sq to Jay St-MetroTech
  •  trains aren't running between Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer and Briarwood
  •  trains aren't running between Hewes St and Broad St

For more detailed breakdowns, keep on scrolling — we’ve also got travel alternatives for stations that will be closed or skipped.

And don't forget to sign up for the MTA Weekender, a newsletter sent every Friday. You'll get these service changes directly in your inbox, with more than enough time to plan your weekend travel. Subscribe here
