The ticket office is located on the concourse level at 47th Street and is open daily from 6:10 a.m. to 1:15 a.m.
Grand Central Madison is closed every day from 2 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. During those hours, all Long Island Rail Road service to Manhattan goes to Penn Station. Buy tickets ahead of time using the TrainTime app.
